USA/Canada Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked - 1.01 - 2kgs = £20.00
We have shipping currently set up for Europe, USA and Canada for parcels up to 2kgs. If your country isn't showing a shipping option available, or if your parcel is heavier than 2kg please email hello@thenaturalslippershop.co.uk and we will provide you with a postage quote
We advise our overseas customers (including Europe) to note that orders shipped overseas are sent on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Please check with your local government customs office, prior to placing an order, if you need to pay import duty or any additional taxes that may apply to your country of delivery. The Natural Slipper Shop does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to goods returned by the customer.
Returns
Returns are accepted 14 days from the dispatch date.
Please follow the below return instructions:
- Include either the original invoice or a note showing your name and order number
- Items must be in the original condition and packaging.
- Post the items either in the original mailing bag turned inside out or a suitable mailing bag.*
- Post to the below address, we recommend you ask for proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for any products until they are received back at our warehouse. Returns postage is at the cost of the customer.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your order for an alternative size/colour/style please email us at hello@thenaturalslippershop.co.uk and let us know your order number and what you would like to exchange to. Returns postage will be at the cost of the customer but we will cover the outgoing postage of the exchange item (first exchange only)
Refunds: Returns will be refunded within 7 working days of the return being received at our warehouse. If you have not emailed or requested an exchange then a refund will be issued. You will receive an automated email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Returns postage is at the cost of the customer.
*Please do not send back just in the slipper box with tape around the box. Returns received like this will have £3.95 deducted from the refund amount as we have to purchase new packaging.
