Next Working Day Delivery = £8*

FREE RM 48 delivery for orders over £75

*Please note Next working day does not include Saturdays. If you need your order delivered on a Saturday please email us for a delivery quote.

**Please note, the above delivery times are from the date of dispatch not the date of order. Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of the order date. Please email us if your order is urgent.

Please note: Although our warehouse is operating normally there are still some delays with Royal Mail and couriers due to the pandemic so parcels may take slightly longer to arrive than normal. Unfortunately this is outside of our control. If you require your parcel urgently we would recommend selecting the 'Next working Day Delivery' option.

Some of our products are available on pre-order and will therefore be sent on the selected postal service once they have arrived to our warehouse. These items will be clearly stated as pre-order both on the product description and the product size and will specify expected date of dispatch.

International Orders

We have shipping currently set up for Europe, USA and Canada for parcels up to 2kgs. If your country isn't showing a shipping option available, or if your parcel is heavier than 2kg please email and we will provide you with a postage quote


Returns are accepted 14 days from the dispatch date. 

Please follow the below return instructions: 

  • Include either the original invoice or a note showing your name and order number
  • Items must be in the original condition and packaging.
  • Post the items either in the original mailing bag turned inside out or a suitable mailing bag.*
  • Post to the below address, we recommend you ask for proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for any products until they are received back at our warehouse. Returns postage is at the cost of the customer.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your order for an alternative size/colour/style please email us at and let us know your order number and what you would like to exchange to. Returns postage will be at the cost of the customer but we will cover the outgoing postage of the exchange item (first exchange only)
Refunds: Returns will be refunded within 7 working days of the return being received at our warehouse. If you have not emailed or requested an exchange then a refund will be issued. You will receive an automated email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Returns postage is at the cost of the customer.
*Please do not send back just in the slipper box taped shut. Returns received like this will have £3.95 deducted from the refund amount as we have to purchase new packaging.
