We have shipping currently set up for Europe, USA and Canada for parcels up to 2kgs. If your country isn't showing a shipping option available, or if your parcel is heavier than 2kg please email hello@thenaturalslippershop.co.uk and we will provide you with a postage quote
We advise our overseas customers (including Europe) to note that orders shipped overseas are sent on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Please check with your local government customs office, prior to placing an order, if you need to pay import duty or any additional taxes that may apply to your country of delivery. The Natural Slipper Shop does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to goods returned by the customer.
Returns
CHRISTMAS 2023 RETURNS ACCEPTED UP TO JANUARY FRIDAY 12TH - 2024
Returns are accepted 14 days from the dispatch date.
Please follow the below return instructions:
- Include either the original invoice or a note showing your name and order number
- Items must be in the original condition and packaging.
- Post the items either in the original mailing bag turned inside out or a suitable mailing bag.*
- Post to the below address, we recommend you ask for proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for any products until they are received back at our warehouse. Returns postage is at the cost of the customer.
